The Arman Administrative Project is located on the fourth floor of the Lufa Building on Nikbakht Street in Isfahan. It is a compact space with a low ceiling height that must be designed as a multifunctional space based on the client’s requirements. Spaces for waiting, reception, management, counseling room, and meeting room are arranged to facilitate direct interaction among staff. Cost reduction and timely project completion were among the client’s objectives.

Given the limited space of the project, the open design led to the overlap of work areas, staff tranquility, and functional interferences. Consequently, constructive interaction in an open plan and privacy within the room structure formed the main design idea. Functional boxes on glass area boundaries and separation and sound filtering enable visual communication and transparency between spaces.

A single material and color selection aims to reflect the organization’s identity and personality.
